These are the new 1.6 items, since you need to find these in dungeons and we dont want a new world, they can be crafted:
Diving Helmet
Makes it so you can hold your breath upto 2 mins!

Binocular
Allowes you to zoom in with multiple zoom levels.
The command:
/zoom
can be used to instant remove the zoom. Also whenever you are hit, the zoom effect will go away so you can pvp.
Joint
Uses weed, a special item that only a few expert players know how to get, you might be able to trade with them! Also sometimes weed is auctioned!
It will make everything go slow and plays a sound effect with a trail of smoke!
Bandage
Heals you for half a heart.
Cooked Egg
Allows you to eat a egg.
Restores 2 hunger
Cake in a Box
Simply allowes you to stack alot of cake.
Cactus Soup
"Might sting a little when eating it"

Caramel Chunks
Restores 2 hunger
Block of Cheese
Restores 3,5 hunger.
It does uses up your bucket of the milk but returns 4 blocks of cheese.
Brown (Chocolate) Cigar
Plays a sound effect and leaves a trail of smoke.
It also gives you 30 seconds of Fire Resistance.
Fruit Sugar
Gives you a small speed boost for 10 seconds.
This is also used for other recipies.
Golden Sugar
Gives you a Haste boost for 10 seconds.
Very usefull for quick escape from a cave.
It uses Fruit Sugar as igredient.
Pumpkin Soup
Restores 3 hunger
